- Over time, dirt and grit will “clog” the zipper coils preventing them from staying closed. To keep this from happening, clean and lubricate your zippers twice a year (more often if you work on a job site with a high amount of airborne debris). To clean the coils: Scrub them with soapy water; a tooth brush works very well. After scrubbing the coils, blow them out with an air hose to dislodge any other fine grit that didn’t dislodge with the brush. To lubricate the coils: Apply a silicone spray, beeswax or a zipper lubricant.
- Any sharp object or heat source is capable of permanently damaging the zippers. Once a zipper coil is cut or singed the zipper will not function and in most cases is not repairable. Most of the cut zipper coils we see are the result of sharp tools stored inside the bag with the sharp side facing up. Make sure to keep the sharp edges of your tools facing down in your bag and away from the zipper coils.
- Overstuffing your tool bag will very likely cause significant stress on the zippers that is above and beyond what the bag was built for and will eventually cause the zipper(s) to separate. If you have to work hard to close your zipper(s), your tool bag is most likely overstuffed…proceed with caution!

Do prices include shipping costs?
Shipping costs are not included in our prices. During checkout, we'll determine the shipping charges based on your order's weight and where it's being delivered to.
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order ships, we'll shoot you an email with the tracking details. Then, you can easily keep tabs on your package online!
What is the "Shipping Quote" option for?
The Shipping Quote option is available for international customers, those within the USA, or for customers living in remote areas who are interested in knowing the cost of shipping before the order is sent.
How much is shipping on heavy items?
For orders exceeding 150 pounds (approximately 68 kilograms) or measuring more than 165 inches (approximately 419 centimeters) in total overall piece size, freight shipping charges will apply. Prior to shipment being sent out, you'll receive an email or phone call outlining the freight shipping costs.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be processed and charged right away for all orders. Just keep in mind that products that are not in stock could take 1-2 weeks to ship.
Can my "ship to" address be different than my "bill to" address?
Absolutely, it's important to note that for security reasons, your billing address must match the one on file with your credit card company.
